A Win For The Brewers

Take me out to the ballgame . . . .
Mo's Pub, just a block away, was our first stop at 11 am for some appetizers and a decorated Bloody Mary that included a brussel sprout, cheese, mushrooms, asparagus, and a pickle!
Mo's minibus pulled up and the driver loaded a cooler with frosty Miller beer and we were off to the Miller Park stadium, only ten minutes west of town. Mo's bus parked along with many, many other minibuses from pubs around Milwaukee, unloaded baseball fans, and were off to make another trip. They continue the runs until there are no more waiting for a ride. I'm sure the tradition has saved many lives.
I've learned it's good to go some places with a codger with a cane. When Bob arranged for the tickets, he let the person know that he didn't get around too well. They took care of him with seats in the second section behind homeplate and near the elevator and a customer service person ready to help in anyway necessary.
The ballpark was crowded and the Brewer fans love their team, their city, and their state, and their beer. We saw lots of action including a homerun by the Brewer McGhee and participated in the wave!
Mo gave us a ride back downtown, and we headed to the air conditioned hotel room.
